County Climate Change Planning Committee

shall be:-

1. consider and propose for approval from Ward Climate Change Committees
2. encourage best practices in the implementation of projects and programmes;
3. receive, compile, evaluate and approve the projects and programmes submitted by the Ward Committee based on the agreed criteria, and prepare the County Climate Finance Budget
4. coordinate capacity building for Climate Change Awareness and Climate Finance coordinate research and development for Climate Change Finance
