The County Government of Nandi, under the leadership of Governor Stephen Sang, remains steadfast in its commitment in ensuring every household has access to clean and reliable water. This dedication was evident today as the Chief Officer in charge of Lands, Housing, Physical Planning, Water, Environment, Natural Resources, and Climate Change, Jonah Biwott, accompanied by Kapsabet Ward MCA Benjamin <\/a>Kerich, visited Kapkesengen Water Project to hand over essential water pipes.<\/p>

The project, designed to enhance water accessibility, will now extend its pipeline by an additional 2 kilometres, directly benefiting over 280 households and Kapkesengen Primary School. This expansion marks a significant milestone in the county\u2019s efforts to provide sustainable water solutions to its residents.<\/p>

In addition, the Chief Officer also visited Iruru Water Project, where he handed over more pipes to facilitate the extension of the water supply. This project will serve over 300 households, two institutions and a diapensary.<\/p>

Residents expressed their gratitude for the county\u2019s continued investment in water infrastructure, acknowledging the Government\u2019s commitment to improving their quality of life. These initiatives are part of Governor Sang\u2019s broader vision of ensuring that every household in Nandi has access to clean water, reinforcing the administration\u2019s passion for service delivery and community welfare.<\/p>
